The WoolBox Rewards & Loyalty Programme is completely FREE to Join, has been designed by a team of dedicated crafters and is just one of the ways we’d like to thank you, our wonderful customers for your continued support. We pride ourselves on putting you at the forefront of everything that we do.

… collections, every time you purchase, you’ll earn Wool Points that can be redeemed for Money OFF Your Next Order with WoolBox.

To start earning Wool Points, first you will need to Create a WoolBox Account. This is Completely FREE and can be done by clicking the button below:

Create FREE WoolBox Rewards Account

Once your account has been created, you will automatically receive 200 Wool Points, which will be added to your account. To access your account, click on the My Account icon, located top right of the screen on Desktop, or at the top of the Menu on Mobile. 

To login, enter your registered Email Address & Password. From here, simply navigate to the WoolBox Rewards & Loyalty Programme by clicking on the Pink WoolBox Rewards Icon (located bottom right of the page on Desktop, or the Present Icon on Mobile).

Once your Account is Created, you will earn 4 Wool Points for Every £1 you spend at WoolBox, with each Wool Point worth 0.5 Pence (or 200 Wool Points = £1).

Along with Placing Orders with WoolBox, you can Earn Additional Wool Points in a number of different ways, provided you have an Active Account. The table below gives some of the different ways in which you can earn rewards:

	Sign Up to the WoolBox Newsletter 200 Wool Points	Sign up to the WoolBox Newsletter and receive 200 Wool Points. This can be done via the bottom of the page, using the tab on the right hand side or by subscribing at checkout.
	Like WoolBox on Facebook 25 Wool Points	Follow the link from your WoolBox Rewards Account and click the Like WoolBox on Facebook icon. Upon liking us, you will receive your 25 Wool Points.
	Follow WoolBox on Instagram 25 Wool Points	Follow the link from your WoolBox Rewards Account and click the Follow WoolBox on Instagram icon. Upon liking us, you will receive your 25 Wool Points.
	Follow WoolBox on Twitter 25 Wool Points	Follow the link from your WoolBox Rewards Account and click the Follow WoolBox on Twitter icon. Upon liking us, you will receive your 25 Wool Points.
	Celebrate Your Birthday with WoolBox 600 Wool Points	To celebrate your special day, simply click on the Celebrate Your Birthday With WoolBox button located in your Rewards Account. 600 Wool Points will be on their way to you when your special day arrives.   * Birthday must be entered at least 30 days before Birthday Date, for reward to be issued.
	Write A Product Review 25 Wool Points	14 days after placing your order with WoolBox you will receive an email asking to review your recent purchase with WoolBox. Once you have successfully entered your review, you will receive 25 Wool Points.   * Maximum 2 Reviews per Month.
	Refer A Friend £5 OFF Your Next WoolBox Order	For every friend you refer to WoolBox, you’ll receive a £5 Discount OFF Your Next Order when you Spend £25 or More, with your friend also receiving £5 OFF Their First Order when they Spend £25. Simply copy your referral code which is located in your account and share it with your friends via Email or Social Media.

During each week, WoolBox will bring you further opportunities to earn additional Wool Points. Some of these opportunities and special days are detailed below:

Double Wool Points on Orders Placed on Thursday 8 Wool Points for Every £1 Spent at WoolBox

For all orders placed on Thursday, you would earn Double Wool Points. This would mean that for Every £1 You Spent, you would receive 8 Wool Points, instead of the usual 4.

Redeeming Wool Points couldn’t be simpler. Once you have accumulated enough Wool Points, simply login to your account and then click the “Redeem Wool Points” button. Choose the reward you wish to receive from the £2.50, £5, £10, £20, £25 or FREE Delivery voucher options and then copy the promotional code given.

From here, once you are ready to checkout, simply enter your promotional code at checkout and the value of the voucher will be deducted from your order. Don’t worry if you click away from your account to continue shopping and lose the promotional code, as this will also be emailed to your registered email address. The promotional code will typically look something like this:

Mrs Jones - Purchased from WoolBox on a Saturday.	Mr Roberts - Purchased from WoolBox on Double Points Thursday.
Mrs Jones earnt 172 Wool Points worth £0.86 OFF her next shop with WoolBox.	Mr Roberts earnt 160 Wool Points worth £0.80 OFF his next shop with WoolBox.

Loyalty Reward Points are paid on All Orders of value £1 and over. Loyalty reward points are not paid on Shipping where applicable. Those viewed as abusing the WoolBox Rewards & Loyalty Programme will be removed without warning at the discretion of the WoolBox Team. Examples of abuse include the claiming of rewards through downloading FREE Patterns and not placing physical orders.
