UPDATE: Deliveries To The USA Suspended
Following the news that our packages will be subject to new import tariffs from the end of August we have regrettably had to take the decision to temporarily suspend all deliveries to the USA from Thursday 21st August. Previously these tariffs did not apply to packages below $800 in value, but the latest changes mean that all packages will now be subject to the new tariffs.
As it stands, we are not fully clear on the levels of these tariffs or exactly how they will be applied, so this decision has been made to minimise disruption for our customers in the short term. We anticipate that any orders placed on or before Thursday 21st August will not be impacted by these new tariffs.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but unfortunately this is a situation that is out of our control. We hope to be in a position to update customers on this situation over the coming weeks and to resume services as soon as we possibly can.
We have a first-class fulfilment team hear at WoolBox who will aim to dispatch your order from our warehouse within 1-3 working days. However, during very busy periods, such as Christmas, Black Friday and UK Bank Holidays, this may sometimes take slightly longer. You'll be notofied by email once your delivery is on its way!
Domestic (UK) Orders
For most Domestic (UK) Orders, WoolBox use Royal Mail as our chosen courier service.
Both our Standard Shipping and Express Shipping is fully tracked, details of these services can be seen below. Please note that Lightweight Shipping is only avaiable on orders that weigh less than 100g.
Heavier items, such as Sewing & Knitting Machines, are sent by specilist couriers under our Heavy Goods Shipping.
All Mainland UK Orders are eligible for FREE Delivery when you spend £35 or more (please see exclusions below*).

Domestic Shipping (UK Orders) Terms & Conditions
*Orders eligible for FREE UK Delivery will be shipped using our Standard Shipping option. FREE Delivery exclusions apply, including Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & The Isle of Man where a flat delivery charge of £6.29 will be applied to your order.
Though our courier partners will endeavour to deliver within the delivery windows specified , this is not guaranteed and can be impacted by external factors such as poor weather. Should your order not arrive within the targeted delivery date, please try to allow at least another working day before contacting WoolBox.
Please allow up to 10 Working Days for your order to arrive during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and UK Bank Holidays.
International Orders
International Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail or DPD International services. These orders are delivered using courier partners in the individual country of delivery.

Shipping Costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Import duties & taxes may also be chargeable on International Orders. These are levied locally once a package arrives in its destination country. Any duties, taxes or customs are the responsibility of the customer to pay directly.
